Our Price Match Policy

Found a better price at another authorised distributor or reseller? We pledge to match the price of an identical product. Available to all customers — including resellers, installers and system integrators.

How to request a price match

Fill out the form above and provide one of the following:

  • Advertised price, quotation or tax invoice from an authorised distributor / reseller.
  • Link and screenshot to the authorised competitor's web page displaying the lower price.
  • Link and screenshot to relevant social media posts showcasing the lower price from an authorised distributor / reseller.

What we do

  1. 1. Price match verification. We inspect every submission for integrity — including checks against tampered attachments — and confirm details with the manufacturer where needed.
  2. 2. Price match confirmation. Once verified, we generate an exclusive order for you to purchase the product. Applies to new orders only — past purchases cannot be adjusted.

What we check

  • Product must be identical — brand, model, size, colour and specifications.
  • Invoice, quote or advertisement must be dated within the last 30 days.
  • Source must be an authorised distributor, reseller or sub-distributor.
  • Item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the advertised price (verified with the manufacturer).

Exclusions

  • Brands other than AJAX, Akuvox, UNV, Uniarch, VIVOTEK, Wi-Tek and ZKTeco.
  • Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demo or display products.
  • Third-party sellers, international sellers, unauthorised distributors or grey importers.
  • Prices from typographical or unintentional pricing errors.
Warranty note

For AJAX products with a successful price match, the extended warranty option is excluded — the item will be covered solely by the manufacturer's 2-year warranty.
